Adair Turner is the current chairman of the Energy Transitions Commission, and is committed to accelerating the change towards low-carbon energy systems. In addition to being the previous Chairman of the UK Financial Services Authority and the UK Climate Committee, he is an accomplished author and a member of the House of Lords in the UK.
